43.6. The president may use, annually, the higher of the following sums: $250,000 or a sum representing 5% of the income from the investment of the sums accumulated in the fund, to finance information and education campaigns for customers of travel agents with regard to their rights and obligations under the Acts under the supervision of the Office de la protection du consommateur.
